Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full at time of order. We accept corporate checks and all major credit cards including Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Production Time
Standard production time ranges from two to three weeks depending on the quantity ordered and time of year. Special orders with logos on boxes typically take 45 – 60 days. Specific ship dates must be confirmed. Production time begins once a logo/design has been received or agreed to, along with a minimum 50% payment. Rush orders are available for limited quantities and are subject to rush charges. ($15.00/box for under 2 weeks, $25.00/box for under 1 week)
Returns
We guarantee the quality and freshness of all our cigars. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the product you receive, you have one week from receipt to contact us regarding your return. Any product returned for exchange must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Packaging
Cigars are packaged in Victory Cigar boxes for orders of less than 50 boxes. With orders of 50 boxes or more, cigars are packaged in boxes embossed with the logo and/or design featured on the cigars.
Shipping
All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Shipping is charged at a rate of $15 per box in the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii); International shipping rates apply outside the U.S. and its territories. In accordance with state law, we are unable to ship to Maine or Montana. Orders are not shipped until full payment has been received.
